burial. Our fleet can accommodate either a small party up to 6 persons
or a much larger group up to 49. Our Captains are United States Coast
Guard licensed, well trained, and committed to providing an experience
as stress free as possible. For future reference we provide a
certificate that includes the exact location of the placement. With

Our primary vessel is the Quiet Squaw, a 43ft luxury yacht. She is ideal for a small group interested in an intimate setting. Our larger vessel is the 65ft Flamingo and can accommodate up to 49 guests for on-board services in waters off Fort Lauderdale.
Burial at Sea Regulations
Abiding Sea Burials follows the Environmental Protection Agency's burial of human remains at sea rules. Our vessels and crew act in accordance to the accepted practices and requirements deemed appropriate by the United States Navy, United States Coast Guard, and State of Florida.

Abiding Sea Burials can work with you and your loved ones to preform the ceremony of you choice.
USCS Burial at Sea Program
A means of final disposition of remains for Vetrans and performed from United States Coast Guard Cutters. The ceremony is performed while the ship is deployed. Although, family members are not allowed at the ceremony they will be notified of the date, time, longitude and latitude. For more information we suggest you visit the USCG
